What Snore Strength should I start with?Updated 2 months ago
Start at Snore Strength Level 1 or 2, unless you are already familiar or comfortable with higher EPAP Snore Strengths.
This allows your body to adapt comfortably to the EPAP resistance.
Snore Strength Levels
• Level 1 – Lowest strength
• Level 2 – Moderate strength
• Level 3 – High strength
• Level 4 – Maximum strength
How to Progress
Increase the Snore Strength gradually over time, as needed, and as is comfortable for you to do so.
