What if I'm still snoring and higher Snore Strength feels uncomfortable?Updated 2 months ago
Do not force maximum strength. Improve comfort first, then increase gradually.
Why This Happens
If higher Snore Strength feels uncomfortable, it usually means:
• Your body hasn’t fully adapted yet
• The jump between levels was too fast
• You may need to address mouth breathing
EPAP works best when your body is comfortable with it.
What To Do
Drop back down one level.
Stay there for several nights.
Increase again gradually.
Check for Mouth Breathing
If your mouth opens during sleep, EPAP pressure can escape. This reduces effectiveness and may tempt you to increase strength unnecessarily.
If you wake with:
• Dry mouth
• Water by your bedside
• Your mouth open
Try adding the SnoreSealer to stop mouth breathing and get the maximum effectiveness from SnoreBuds.
Important
Maximum strength is not the goal.
The goal is the lowest effective strength that reduces your snoring comfortably.
