Is it okay to stay at a lower Snore Strength long-term?Updated 2 months ago
Yes. The goal is to use the lowest effective Snore Strength.
Most people do not need maximum Snore Strength (Level 4) to stop snoring.
The ideal setting is:
The lowest level that effectively reduces your snoring comfortably.
If Level 1 or Level 2 controls your snoring, there is no reason to increase further.
More Resistance ≠ Better Results
If your airway is already stable at a lower level, increasing strength:
• Won’t improve results
• May reduce comfort
Long-Term Strategy
• Find your “sweet spot”
• Adjust only if needed
