How do I skip a shipment?Updated 2 months ago

You can skip an upcoming shipment from your subscription portal.

To skip:

• Log into your account
• Go to “Subscriptions”
• Select your active subscription
• Click “Skip” next to the upcoming delivery

Your next shipment date will automatically adjust based on your subscription schedule.

Be sure to make changes before your next billing date. Once an order has processed, it cannot be skipped.
