How do I change my shipping address on my subscription?Updated 2 months ago
You can update your shipping address inside your subscription portal.
To change it:
• Log into your account
• Go to “Subscriptions”
• Select your active subscription
• Click “Edit shipping address”
• Save your changes
Make sure you update your address before your next billing date so the change applies to the upcoming shipment.
If your order has already been processed or fulfilled, we may not be able to change it in time.
If you’re unsure whether your change went through, contact support and we’ll confirm it for you.
