You can cancel your subscription at any time from your account portal.

To cancel:

• Log into your account
• Go to “Subscriptions”
• Select your active subscription
• Click “Cancel subscription”

Be sure to cancel before your next billing date to prevent the next shipment from processing.

Once an order has been billed or fulfilled, it cannot be canceled for that cycle.
