No. SnoreBuds will not permanently stretch your nose.

SnoreBuds gently dilates the nostrils while in place. 

Your nasal tissues are flexible and naturally return to their normal shape when the device is removed.

Temporary Dilation Is Normal

While wearing SnoreBuds, you may notice your nostrils are slightly widened. This is intentional and helps improve airflow.

Once removed, your nose returns to its natural shape.

What About Long-Term Use?

SnoreBuds does not apply force that would permanently alter nasal cartilage or structure.

It is designed for nightly use and does not cause structural changes to the nose when used as directed.
