We recommend most people start with the Starter Pack unless you know your nose is clearly on the smaller or larger side.

SnoreBuds come in two sizes.

Small (Size 1): Fits most women and men with smaller noses.

Standard (Size 2): Fits most men and women with medium-to-large noses.

It’s common to fit into both sizes.

If you’re a man with an average-to-smaller nose or a woman with an average-to-larger nose, we recommend ordering the Starter Pack, which includes both sizes.

This allows you to try both and determine which feels best.

The correct size should feel:

• Sealed
• Snug
• Secure

It should gently dilate the nostrils and stay in place throughout the night.
