You have up to 60 days from purchase to initiate the refund.

If it's been 30 days and you have:

• Followed setup guidance
• Given it the full 30-night trial

And it still doesn’t work for you:

• You may request a refund
• You do not need to return the device

You must initiate your refund within 60 days of purchase.

If it's been less than 30 days:

We strongly recommend continuing to use the device for the full 30 nights.

If you insist on a refund before 30 days:

• The device must be returned
• Return shipping is the customer’s responsibility
