What is the Snore Strength dial?Updated 2 months ago

The Snore Strength dial lets you adjust how much positive pressures (resistance) you feel when you exhale. This allows you to personalize both comfort and snore reduction.

SnoreBuds has four Snore Strength settings:

• Setting 1 – Lowest strength
• Setting 2 – Medium strength
• Setting 3 – High strength
• Setting 4 – Maximum strength

As you increase the setting, the device creates more resistance during exhalation. This increases the positive pressure in your airway, which can further reduce snoring.

How to Choose Your Setting

Start at a level where you feel slight resistance when breathing out, but can comfortably fall asleep.

If:

• You’re comfortable and not snoring → stay at that setting.
• You’re comfortable but still snoring → increase one level.
• A higher level feels uncomfortable → stay at your current setting and increase gradually over several nights.

Some people adjust in one night. Others may take several nights, especially at higher settings. That’s normal.

Can I Use Different Settings on Each Side?

Yes. If one side feels more sensitive, you can increase the strength gradually or adjust one side at a time until you find your ideal balance.

Once you’ve found your ideal Snore Strength, you can set it and forget it.
