The Starter Pack includes both SnoreBuds sizes — Small (Size 1) and Standard (Size 2).

It’s common to fit into two sizes.

So instead of guessing, the Starter Pack lets you try both sizes and choose the one that feels most sealed and secure.

Unless you know your nose is on the smaller or larger side, we recommend starting with the Starter Pack.
