Most fit issues are solved with either a sizing adjustment or a short adaptation period.

First, confirm your size:

• Small (Size 1)
• Standard (Size 2)

If It Feels Too Large

If you’re using Standard (Size 2) and it feels too big, you may need Small (Size 1).

If you’re already using Small (Size 1):

• Moisten the outer tubes with water before inserting
• Allow up to 30 nights to adapt

Mild tightness during the first several nights is common.

If It Feels Too Loose

If it feels loose or falls out:

• You may need Standard (Size 2) instead of Small (Size 1)
• Make sure it is fully inserted and sealed

If sizing still seems incorrect, you can exchange for the right size.
