The dial stopped turning — is something wrong?Updated 2 months ago
No. The dial is designed to stop at both ends.
How It Works
SnoreBuds has four Snore Strength levels.
The dial turns between fixed stops:
• Level 1 (lowest strength)
• Level 2
• Level 3
• Level 4 (maximum strength)
It will not spin continuously.
It is intentionally engineered to stop at Level 1 and Level 4.
Snore Strength Indicators
The four prongs visible on the dial correspond to the four strength levels.
As you turn the dial:
• The position of the prongs indicates the current setting
• Each distinct stop represents one level
You should feel a clear click at each level, and stops at Level 1 and 4.
What’s Normal
• The dial stops at both ends
• The dial does not rotate 360 degrees
• You feel firm endpoints
What’s Not Normal
• The dial spins freely without resistance
If you suspect mechanical damage, contact support.
