The airflow is noisyUpdated 2 months ago

If the airflow sounds noisy, it's generally only while you’re still awake, resulting from a faster breath rate than when you're asleep.

When you fall asleep your breathing naturally slows and the sound greatly reduces or disappears.

Step 1: Check Fit & Seal

Noise can also happen if the device is not fully seated and sealed in your nose.

Make sure the device is inserted fully with the circular ring / flange inside your nostrils

Step 2: Slow Your Breathing

SnoreBuds is designed for sleep breathing, not high daytime respiratory rates. So as you are going to sleep, take slow nasal breaths and let your breathing rate drop.

Step 3: Adjust Snore Strength Dial

Sometimes too much or too little resistance can create airflow turbulence.

If the noise continues try adjusting the Snore Strength dial.

Key Takeaways

Hearing airflow while awake is not uncommon.

In most cases it's simply a matter of:

  • Proper insertion

  • Slower breathing

  • Snore Strength adjustment

If noise continues, please contact support for further guidance.
