If it feels too loose or continues to fall out, you may need a different size or an adjustment period.

Sizing

SnoreBuds comes in two sizes:

• Small (Size 1)
• Standard (Size 2)

If you’re using Small and it feels loose, you may need Standard.

If you’re already using Standard, continue reading below.

What If I’m Already Using Standard?

The Standard size is the largest available.

If it feels loose at first:

• Make sure it is fully seated in the nostrils (the flange goes inside the nostrils)
• Allow time to adapt (unconscious removal is common early on)

Adaptation Period

Your nose and breathing patterns may need time to adjust.

Most users acclimate within 30 days.

If it still feels too loose after:

• Confirming sizing
• Ensuring proper insertion
• Allowing time to adapt
