If you are using SnoreBuds and a bedtime partner or sleep recording app indicates you are still snoring, then turn the dial to turn up the Snore Strength.
If you find it uncomfortable to do so, continue at the current, comfortable Snore Strength, or try increasing the strength of just one side.
Then gradually, over time, turn up the Snore Strength as needed and as you acclimate to higher Snore Strengths.
If snoring persists, check for mouth breathing.
If your mouth opens during sleep, EPAP pressure escapes.
If you wake with:
• Dry mouth
• Open mouth
• Persistent snoring despite strength increases

Your body may need up to 30 nights to fully adjust. Gradual improvement is normal.
