My SnoreSealer falls out at nightUpdated 2 months ago

If SnoreSealer falls out, it is usually an activation or suction issue.

Common Causes

• Incomplete suction activation
• Lips not fully sealed
• Tongue not resting on the palate
• Early adaptation phase

How To Fix It

  1. Reinsert and activate.

  2. Close lips fully.

  3. Place the tip of your tongue just behind your upper front teeth.

  4. Swallow until you feel suction.

You should feel light, stable suction.

Daytime practice improves nighttime retention.

During the first 30 days, it may occasionally dislodge.

Over time, it becomes stable and natural.

If it continues to fall out after:

• Proper activation
• Daytime practice
• Several weeks of use
