SnoreBuds is very comfortable. It's made of soft biocompatible materials, engineered fit and effectiveness.

Most users adapt quickly and are able to sleep through the night with it in place.

You will feel gentle expansion in the nostrils and mild resistance when exhaling. That resistance is part of how the device works.

Like any breathing device, there can be a short adaptation period.

For some users, this lasts one or two nights. For others, especially at higher Snore Strength settings, it may take several nights to fully acclimate.

This is normal.

Starting at a lower Snore Strength and gradually increasing can make the adjustment smoother.

For most users, once acclimated, SnoreBuds becomes something they stop noticing entirely don't want to stop using.
