The 4 Snore Strength Levels

SnoreBuds includes a dial with four settings:

• Level 1 – Lowest strength
Light resistance during exhalation. Ideal for new users or mild snoring.

• Level 2 – Mediu strength
Moderate EPAP, suitable for many users.

• Level 3 – High strength
Stronger EPAP for louder, more persistent snoring.

• Level 4 – Maximum strength
Highest level of positive pressure for heavy, persistent snoring.

As you increase the level, exhalation resistance increases, which increases positive airway pressure.
