If you are using SnoreBuds and a bedtime partner or sleep recording app indicates you are still snoring, then turn the dial to turn up the Snore Strength.
If you find it uncomfortable to do so, continue at the current, comfortable Snore Strength, or try increasing the strength of just one side.
Then gradually, over time, turn up the Snore Strength as needed and as you acclimate to higher Snore Strengths.
Mouth Breathing
If snoring persists check for mouth breathing
If your mouth opens during sleep, EPAP pressure can escape.
Signs include:
• Dry mouth
• Waking with your mouth open
• Keeping water by your bedside
If this applies, add SnoreSealer. Many users need both products for full control.
Some users experience improvement within the first few nights. Others require gradual adjustment over several weeks.
Consistency is key.
If you’ve optimized the Snore Strength and mouth breathing, your snoring will be silenced.
