I hear a clicking soundUpdated 2 months ago

A clicking or thumping sound can happen when the internal valve closes firmly during exhalation.

It’s most common when:

  • Breathing rate is high

  • Exhale force is strong

  • You’re still awake

The internal valve is designed to close during exhale, but it should close gently. A noticeable “thump” simply means the valve is closing to rapidly.

Step 1: Slow Your Breathing

Sleep breathing is softer and slower and the clicking often disappears once asleep. To aid in falling asleep, gradually slow your breathing rate.

Step 2: Adjust Snore Strength

If clicking continues adjusting the Snore Strength can help regulate the airflow. Try adjusting the dial up or down to find your sweet spot.

Step 3: Reset the Valve

Occasionally, a valve may feel like it’s stuck in the down position.

To reset it take one rapid, deep inhale to "pop" the valve open.

This can lift the valve back into normal function, and proceed to operate smoothly.

If clicking or thumping continues after trying these, please contact support.
