I’m having trouble keeping my mouth closed with SnoreSealerUpdated 2 months ago
Your mouth opening means a loss of oral posture during sleep.
Common Causes
• Lips not fully sealed
• Tongue not resting on the palate
• Early adaptation phase
How to (Re-) Activate the SnoreSealer
Insert SnoreSealer correctly.
Close your lips completely.
Place the tip of your tongue just behind your upper front teeth.
Swallow until you feel light suction.
You should feel a stable, gentle hold — not strong pressure.
If Suction Fades
• Re-seal your lips
• Reposition tongue to the palate
• Swallow again
Daytime practice helps make this automatic at night.
If your jaw drops open during sleep:
• Practice daytime strengthening
• Focus on tongue-to-palate posture
It may take several nights to consistently maintain suction.
Most users stabilize within 30 days.
If suction continues to fail after:
• Proper activation
• Daytime practice
• Consistent nightly use
