If You Completed the 30-Night Trial

• Used SnoreBuds for 30 nights
• Initiated your refund within 60 days of purchase

You do not need to return the device.

Once approved, your refund is issued, and usually processes within 3–5 business days.

Your bank or credit card provider may take an additional few days to post the funds, depending on their processing time.

If You Requested a Refund Before 30 Nights

If you chose to refund before completing the 30-night trial:

• The device must be returned
• Return shipping is your responsibility

Once we receive and inspect the returned product, your refund will be processed within 3–5 business days.

If you haven’t seen your refund after 7–10 business days, contact support and we’ll look into it immediately.
