How does SnoreBuds work?Updated 2 months ago

SnoreBuds works by improving nasal airflow and creating gentle back pressure when you exhale. This combination helps reduce the airway narrowing that causes snoring.

How SnoreBuds Works

SnoreBuds does two things at the same time:

  1. Nasal Dilation
SnoreBuds gently opens the nostrils from the inside. This makes it easier to breathe through your nose and supports healthy nasal breathing during sleep.

  2. EPAP (Expiratory Positive Air Pressure)
When you breathe in, the valve inside SnoreBuds opens so you can inhale normally.
When you breathe out, the valve partially closes and directs air through small vents. This creates gentle resistance as you exhale.

That resistance slows your breath and creates positive pressure in the airway, helping prevent the airway from narrowing and vibrating — which is what produces snoring.

You should feel mild resistance when exhaling. That sensation means it’s working.

Snore Strength Dial

SnoreBuds has an adjustable Snore Strength dial with four levels.

Start at a comfortable setting where you feel slight back pressure but can fall asleep easily. If snoring continues, gradually increase the strength over several nights until you find your ideal setting.

Because everyone’s airway and comfort level are different, the adjustable dial allows you to personalize both effectiveness and comfort.

Once you find your ideal Snore Strength, you can set it and forget it.
