We ask that you use SnoreBuds for a full 30 nights.
For some people, it can take 30 days to fully adapt.
If it has been 30 days and you have:
• Used SnoreBuds consistently
• Followed setup guidance
• Given it a full, honest 30-night trial
And it still doesn’t work for you:
• You may request a refund
• You do NOT need to return the device
You have up to 60 days from purchase to initiate your refund.
If approved, we issue the refund and you may keep the device. We want to save you the hassle of returning it after an honest effort.
What If It’s Been Less Than 30 Days?
We strongly recommend continuing to use the device for the full 30 nights.
If you insist on a refund before completing the 30-night trial:
• The device must be returned
• Return shipping is the customer’s responsibility
Refund requests must still be initiated within 60 days of purchase.
How Do Size Exchanges Work?
If you ordered:
• Small (Size 1)
• Standard (Size 2)
And need the other size:
• You may keep the device you received
• We will ship you the alternate size
Exchange Cost
The cost to exchange is $50.
• U.S. shipping is included in the exchange fee
• International exchange shipping is the customer’s responsibility

The $50 exchange ensures customers who initially ordered one size pay the equivalent total cost if they later need both sizes.
