Clean SnoreBuds before first use and after each use.

Simply rinse with mild, unscented soap and water, shake out excess water, and let air dry at room temperature, out of direct sunlight and out of the reach of pets.

Like a toothbrush or contact lenses, to maintain optimal performance and cleanliness, we replace your SnoreBuds and SnoreSealer every 90 days.

Do not use:

• Alcohol
• Bleach
• Strong cleaners
• Aromatic or oil-based products
• Abrasive scrubbing tools

Do not attempt to sterilize or modify the device.
