How do I breathe with both SnoreBuds and SnoreSealer?Updated 2 months ago

You breathe normally — through your nose.

SnoreBuds is designed to be breathed through. It does not block nasal breathing. SnoreSealer helps keep your mouth closed so airflow stays in the nose.

How They Work Together

SnoreBuds
• Opens the nostrils
• Allows normal inhalation
• Adds gentle resistance during exhalation (EPAP)

Air flows in through your nose and out through your nose.

SnoreSealer
• Encourages your lips to stay closed
• Supports proper tongue posture
• Prevents mouth breathing

When used together, all breathing happens through the nose — exactly as it should during healthy sleep.

Why This Combination Works

SnoreBuds improves nasal airflow and stabilizes the airway.
SnoreSealer ensures that airflow stays nasal.

Together, they create a stable breathing pattern that reduces snoring.

How to Start

If you know you mouth breathe at night:

  1. Start with SnoreSealer alone.
Wear it for a few nights until nasal breathing feels natural and comfortable.

  2. Once comfortable, add SnoreBuds.
Begin at a low Snore Strength setting.

  3. Gradually increase the Snore Strength over several nights as needed.

Starting slowly allows your body to adapt and makes the combination much easier.
