To activate SnoreSealer, close your lips, place your tongue just behind your upper front teeth on the roof of your mouth, and swallow.

Step-by-Step Activation

1. Insert the device. The lip shield goes between your lips and teeth. The shelves sit between your back teeth.

2. Close your lips.

3. Move the tip of your tongue to the roof of your mouth just behind your upper front teeth.

4. Swallow.

You should feel slight suction. That suction means it is activated.

If You Don’t Feel Suction

• Purse your lips as if drinking through a straw, then swallow.
• Align your top and bottom front teeth by slightly moving the lower jaw forward, then swallow again.

Daytime practice helps make activation easier at night.
