SnoreGauge is designed to measure snoring near your phone.

If your partner snores loudly, their snoring may influence the recording.

For best results:

• Place your phone on your side of the bed
• Position it closer to your pillow
• Keep it slightly angled toward you

SnoreGauge tracks:

• Snore Points (0–100 scale)
• Duration
• Intensity
• Frequency

If both partners snore, we recommend:

• Taking turns recording
• Testing one person at a time

The goal is consistent comparisons.
