If you ordered a Small (Size 1) or a Standard (Size 2) and need the other size:

• You may keep the device you received
• We will ship you the alternate size

Exchange Cost

The cost to exchange is $50.

Shipping for exchanges within the U.S. is included in the exchange fee. 

International exchange shipping costs are the customer's responsibility.

Why There Is a Fee

The Starter Pack includes both sizes at a bundled price.

The exchange fee ensures customers who initially ordered one size pay an equivalent total cost if they later need both.
