Are there side effects?Updated 2 months ago
Most users have no adverse side effects with SnoreBuds use.
Mild adaptation symptoms may occur during the first few nights to weeks.
When starting SnoreBuds, some users experience temporary nasal sensitivity and acclimation to EPAP.
These typically improve as you adjust over a few nights.
In rare cases, users may experience:
• Nasal irritation
• Minor nosebleeds
• Discomfort from improper sizing
• Skin irritation around the nostrils
If this occurs:
• Stop using the device
• Allow the area to heal
• Reassess sizing and fit before resuming
If irritation persists, stop use, and consult your physician.
SnoreBuds should not cause:
• Severe pain
• Inability to breathe
• Significant bleeding
• Chest discomfort
If you experience any of these, discontinue use and seek medical guidance.
Most adaptation is simply your body adjusting to a new breathing pattern.
